No refunds—it’s cost-prohibitive for us. Exchanges or replacements are accepted only in the case of a defective or damaged product.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, and/or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.If you have received a defective or damaged product or your order has not arrived, please email apply@thebookincubator.com and include photos of the relevant damage or defect.
