All orders are custom orders printed upon purchase, thus we do not offer returns for buyer's remorse. Returns are accepted only in the case of a defective or damaged product.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, and/or defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.If you have received a defective or damaged product or your order has not arrived, please email hello@maryadkinswriter.com and include photos of the relevant damage or defect.

You are responsible for any customs tax or import duties charged by your country for this order, regardless of what it is.
Please be aware that in Canada in particular these duties can be quite high and that individual shipping carriers add their own processing fees for this.
